This December, the season of giving showed up in the most tangible way.
When Gifford Park Elementary reached out with a simple but urgent request — more coats to keep their students warm through the winter — our community didn’t hesitate. What started as a call for help quickly became a shared effort powered by neighbors, small businesses, and the belief that every child deserves to feel safe and cared for.
Thanks to our four partners, we collected 32 coats, 26 hats, and 17 pairs of gloves, all delivered directly to Gifford Park Elementary.
This project reminded us that giving isn’t about grand gestures. It’s about people choosing to show up for one another. And this month, our community showed up in a big way.
