Kodjo Drofenou is HR Data & Analytics ManagerĀ with more than 10 years of experiences working along HR and business teams of a fortune 500 company. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Economics. At young age, Kodjo participated in an intellectual competition where the best students were rewarded and that put him on successful education path. He is passionate about creating the same opportunities for students in rural and challenging areas in Africa. In his free time, Kodjo likes to sing, help others and play soccer.
