I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habitat & Education Promotion, along with its employees and volunteers, from any injuries, communicable diseases, or damages that may occur during participation in the program

Individuals: I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habitat & Education Promotion and its employees from any injuries, communicable diseases, or damages sustained while participating in the program.

Additionally, I acknowledge and consent that Habitat & Education Promotion may occasionally take photos of participants during programs, which may be used in marketing materials, social media, and on the organization's website.

PROGRAM – REFUND POLICY

Program - Refund Policy

Cancellations made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the first week of the program will be partially refunded up to 50%.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the second week of the event programs.
Any issued credits will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Additional Information

Habitat & Education Promotion will ensure that at least 4 out of 5 training-weeks are conducted.
Lessons that fall on a holiday will not be prorated, nor will they be rescheduled.
If an additional class is canceled, a make-up lesson will be offered, which may be scheduled on a different day from the regular session schedule.
